The Founder
Natalya G. Johnson, Esq.
Founder · Principal · Corporate Counsel
Natalya G. Johnson is a skilled corporate counsel with expertise in corporate law, employment strategies, litigation, and impactful community leadership. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, she represented private and public sector clients in federal and state litigation across complex business, insurance, real estate, education, and health law matters.
Driven by a commitment to servant leadership, she serves as President of the Garden State Bar Foundation and Past-President of the Garden State Bar Association — where she established the association's first endowed scholarship fund and created its Wellness and Mental Health committee. She was subsequently appointed a Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court's Committee on Wellness in the Profession.
Natalya co-founded the Advancement Initiative in 2017 to harness personal and professional networks to foster mentorship and opportunities in law and business. She sits on the Board of Trustees of Public Media NJ (NJ PBS) and the Equity and Inclusion Alumni Leadership Council of Cornell Law School.
Licensed in New Jersey, New York, and before the Supreme Court of the United States. B.A., magna cum laude, Cornell University; J.D., Cornell Law School.
